As a psychologist who grew up bilingual (German/English) and has received international training, I have had the opportunity to learn directly from the founders and key developers of some of the approaches I use. For example, from William R. Miller and Stephen Rollnick in the field of Motivational Interviewing, and from Steven C. Hayes and Russ Harris in the field of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

The name Viaccordis derives from Latin: via means "way," accordis stands for "to harmonize, to bring into balance." As a whole, it refers to a path toward more harmonious relationships—with oneself, with others, or within a larger system. In my work, this name is my guiding principle.

I volunteer as a psychologist at "krisenchat". krisenchat is a 24/7, low-threshold psychological and psychosocial counseling service via chat for children, adolescents and young adults up to 25 years of age in emergency situations, crises and exceptional circumstances.

I have an office in Friedberg, but I also work nationwide and online.
