Appointment scheduling

 

You can arrange appointments for all my services by phone, email, or via the contact form. If I am in a meeting, I cannot personally answer the phone. Please leave a message with your contact details, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Appointment Cancellations

 

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments will be charged the full fee.

 

Services

 

Viaccordis is a private practice, my services are not covered by health insurance.

Confidentiality

 

As a psychologist and mediator, I am legally obligated to maintain confidentiality. I am obligated to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information entrusted to me or learned during my professional activities. This duty of confidentiality also applies to family members. This obligation only ceases upon your explicit release from it.

 

Office:

 

My office is centrally located in Friedberg and easily accessible by public transportation or car from the entire Rhine-Main area. Before our appointment, I will email you directions and information about nearby parking options.

Dogs:

 

You are welcome to bring your small or large dog to my office if that is important to you.
